CEDAR RIDGE, on 30 level to gently sloping acres of meadow, forest, and creeks 45 miles west of Portland OR, has lovely outdoor classroom spaces, a spacious tent with leveled floor for all-camp meetings and dances, and swimming pool! Accommodations include idyllic tent sites, 4 -person bunkhouse rooms and platform tents, and a limited number of shared lodge rooms with bedding and indoor baths.

❤ KARMA YOGA is the spiritual practice of service.  NWSC campers have a long tradition of working together to make camp happen. Look for online Karma Yoga Signup in late July to pick your task, and enjoy the opportunity to serve your fellow campers!

❤ FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE NWSC offers several ways to help pay for Camp for those in financial need. It takes many hands to create Northwest Sufi Camp! Therefore, we invite those who can work to apply for Work Trade prior to applying for fee assistance funds. The value of applying your effort to co-create Camp will surely extend beyond the dollars you save and into the realms of deeper connection with others and appreciation for the opportunity to be of service in our community!

Work Trade – Work Trade positions offer fee reductions in exchange for help on the Earth Plane crew. Please email the Camp Manager at nwscmgr@gmail.com  to apply.

Fee Assistance – Partial fee reduction is available in cases of financial hardship. Please apply early by emailing nwscfee@gmail.com before the July 20th deadline.

THE MAHBUDA BORDEN SCHOLARSHIP FUND – Northwest Sufi Camp has been given a generous bequest by the estate of our beloved friend and long-time camper, Mahbuda Borden, of an annual full scholarship to be given to someone who would otherwise not be able to attend camp. If you wish to apply for the scholarships, please contact the fee assistance committee at: nwscfee@gmail.com.

❤ REGISTRATION A minimum of 50% is due at registration with the balance due by July 10th. Refunds less $50 are possible before July 10th, but no refunds thereafter. See below for registration form.

❤ PART-TIME ATTENDANCE is welcomed on a half-time basis. Campers may register for 3 nights, arriving on Sunday or Wednesday.

❤ DONATIONS are used for financial aid assistance for others to come to camp. NWSC is a 501(c)3 non-profit; all donations are tax-deductible. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

PAYMENT Mail a check or pay online by credit card. Payments by credit card cost 2.2% plus $.30.  If you choose to pay by credit card, please consider adding 2.2% or more to help cover the cost of credit card fees (add $15).

BAZAAR  NWSC holds a bazaar on Tuesday and Friday after lunch. Vendors are welcome to set up a table and sell their wares in exchange for a tithe to NWSC of 10% of sales. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs for the Bazaar, and if selling music, bring headphones to demo it. Vendors may choose to leave their tables set up during the time between the two bazaar days AT THEIR OWN RISK.
