The Northwest Sufi Camp community welcomes all people, regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or socioeconomics. We strive to make this a safe and welcoming spot for all those in our community.
…is 45 miles west of Portland, with indoor and outdoor classrooms and 30 acres of gently sloping meadows, wooded trails, a creek, a swimming pool, and a 350-foot Slip ’N Slide! Delicious meals are provided by the Cedar Ridge kitchen staff, with options for those with special dietary needs.
Health & Safety
Northwest Sufi Camp’s Board is dedicated to creating a safe and healthy camp for all
participants, and asks that all share in this responsibility. The staff at NWSC is not equipped to handle adults or children who need significant supervision or behavioral control.
Youth Programs
Youth are cherished and respected at NWSC. See Camp Info menu.
Fee assistance is available through Fee Assistance Committee.
Part-Time Registration
Full-time attendance is encouraged to fully experience what Northwest Sufi Camp offers! Those who need to attend part-time may register half-time (3 nights), arriving either at the beginning of camp or midway through, on Wednesday, August 10.
Able-bodied campers aged 15–69 are asked to work an estimated 2-hour shift just once before or during camp. Online registration for your choice of shift is provided shortly before camp begins. Service is practice — love in action!
